Request Explanation: This request will be used to construct a 41,000 Square Foot THAAD Interceptor Maintenance at the Anniston Army Depot. This project will provide a complete and functional facility to house the testing functions to execute the THAAD Interceptor Maintenance Mission. The Facility will house eight Stockpile Reliability Test (SRT) working bays, Missile Segment (MS) Testing, Missile Round Download, SRT Storage, Blast Cell, Control Room, Shipping & Receiving, and Building Systems to include HVAC, Electrical, and Communications. This facility will be located within the Restricted Area of the Depot and built to a minimum lifespan of 40 years.
